time passes so fast, i cant even realized it...
well, since this year is such a challenging year for me...
i really wanna share some of my experiences that maybe i'll never forget for the rest of my life...
First
this year i went to my first year semester after struggling about 1 1/2 years for my foundation program...
all cohort 5 students were so excited to know which universities they'll get including me...
i was really hoping that i'll get Victoria University of Wellington since i was so sure that i got the secondary school program...
then, when the time came, my coordinator announced names of students for each university...
i found out that i got MARJON aka University College of St. Mark and St. John...
i was clueless...
i never thought that i'll get the primary school program...
i didnt feel sad but a lil bit frustrated since most of my friends got VUW...
but in the same time i was so excited cuz i can go to europe...
hahahaha...

i went into some personality changes...
after i'm no longer be friend of a bitch, i changed from good person into very bad one...
i did everything that i think bad in order to make that bitch felt 'sakit hati'...
hahahaha...
i learned that i cant always be good to everyone...

this is da worse experience ever in my life...
i failed my Philosophy paper during my first sem program...
i was so sad...
i failed becuz i answered the question wrongly...
then i found out from my other friend (who failed too) that one girl supposely fail this paper...
but since she's SOMEONE's daughter, then she passed the paper...
WTF...
this world is full with conspiration...

the one that i like in my college coupled with other girl...
i think this is da most painful experience...

lastly, i met Hatta Dolmat, one of the top designers in malaysia at Jalan TAR last saturday...
i was so excited...
although i pretended like i dunno him...

and i hope that i can meet another malaysian designers like Fitri and Syaiful Baharim...

IPBA is no longer the safest place in KL anymore...
lately i heard cases about there is a sex maniac came to IPBA...

Learning Theory
Theory about how people learn and modify pre-existing thoughts and behavior.
Psychologists have suggested a variety of theories to explain the process of learning. During the first half of the 20th century, American psychologists approached the concept of learning primarily in terms of behaviorist principles that focused on the automatic formation of associations between stimuli and responses. One form of associative learning— classical conditioning—is based on the pairing of two stimuli. Through an association with an unconditioned stimulus (such as meat offered to a dog), a conditioned stimulus (such as a bell) eventually elicits a conditioned response (salivation), even when the unconditioned stimulus is absent. Principles of classical conditioning include the extinction of the response if the conditioned and unconditioned stimuli cease to be paired, and the generalization of the response to stimuli that are similar but not identical to the original ones. In operant conditioning, a response is learned because it leads to a particular consequence (reinforcement), and it is strengthened each time it is reinforced. Positive reinforcement strengthens a response if it is presented afterwards, while negative reinforcement strengthens it by being withheld. Once a response has been learned, it may be sustained by partial reinforcement, which is provided only after selective responses.
In contrast to theories of classical and operant conditioning, which describe learning in terms of observable behavior, intervening variable theories introduce such elements as memory, motivation, and cognition. Edward Tolman demonstrated in the 1920s that learning can involve knowledge without observable performance. The performance of rats who negotiated the same maze on consecutive days with no reward improved drastically after the introduction of a goal box with food, leading to the conclusion that they had developed "cognitive maps" of the maze earlier, even in the absence of a reward, although this "latent learning" had not been reflected in their observable behavior. Even earlier, Wolfgang Köhler, a founder of the Gestalt school of psychology, had argued for the place of cognition in learning. Based on experiments conducted on the island of Tenerife during World War I, Köhler concluded that insight played a role in problem-solving by chimpanzees. Rather than simply stumbling on solutions through trial and error, the animals he observed seemed to demonstrate a holistic understanding of problems, such as getting hold of fruit that was placed out of reach, by arriving at solutions in a sudden moment of revelation or insight.
The drive-reduction theory of Clark L. Hull and Kenneth W. Spence, which became influential in the 1930s, introduced motivation as an intervening variable in the form of homeostasis, the tendency to maintain equilibrium by adjusting physiological responses. An imbalance creates needs, which in turn create drives. Actions can be seen as attempts to reduce these drives by meeting the associated needs. According to drive-reduction theory, the association of stimulus and response in classical and operant conditioning only results in learning if accompanied by drive reduction.
In recent decades, cognitive theories such as those of social learning theorist Albert Bandura have been influential. Bandura is particularly known for his work on observational learning, also referred to as modeling or imitation. It is common knowledge that children learn by watching their parents, other adults, and their peers. According to Bandura, the extent to which children and adults learn behaviors through imitation is influenced not only by the observed activity itself but also by its consequences. Behavior that is rewarded is more readily imitated than behavior that is punished. Bandura coined the term "vicarious conditioning" for learning based on the observed consequences of others' actions, listing the following requirements for this type of learning: attention to the behavior; retention of what is seen; ability to reproduce the behavior; and motivation. Cognitive approaches such as Bandura's have led to an enhanced understanding of how conditioning works, while conditioning principles have helped researchers better understand certain facets of cognition.
Computers play an important role in current research on learning, both in the areas of computer-assisted learning and in the attempt to further understand the neurological processes involved in learning through the development of computer-based neural networks that can simulate various forms of learning.

it seem long time enough dat i didnt update my blog... well, last 2 weeks, my adapter broke and i need to but a new adapter... since my laptop is da old version one, it took about a week for me to order the new adapter and get it... and the price is knda expensive too... hate it... my mum said if i wanna a new laptop than she can buy it for me... but i think i better but it later, i mean before i fly... if i buy earlier, than the new laptop will become old and that's suck!!! hehe... but luckily i got already my new laptop so now i can surf internet without going to library... yeah!!!
Another assignments to go...
today, i got another 2 assignments... total all assignments dat i must do during diz CNY holiday are 4... OMG... i can die... all of 'em are essays assignments... huhu... plus, all of 'em are quite tough... not like foundation assignments... now i cant play around anymore... i need to be more serious... but, i think i cant... cz until now i'm still wasting my time, surfing internet, updating my friendster... hoho... WHEN i'm going to be serious???????? please help me... i need guidance from U... hoho...

A Tiring Saturday...
juz now, my friends and i went to UM library cz we need to find some references for our assignments... we went kinda late cz we thought the library will close at 7pm as usually... then we realized dat today is saturday... hmmm... never mind... then we use OPEC system (as recommended by one of the library staff) jz to find the books+journals+thesises+etc... i dunno what so funny dat everytime we ask smthing from the library staff (a guy), he kept on laughing... wtf... hoho... then after we found da thesises, we sat at a corner and we did our activity (capturing the thesises important points using our HP) cz we're too lazy to copy manually... then, there was a lady... wearing tudung labuh sat at our back... she saw our activity... at first i thought dat she'll scold us... then, i heard shutter sound... i thought dat sound came from my friend's HP... but then, when my friend didnt use her camera, i still can hear the shutter sound... then i looked at my back... u noe what happened??? the lady was capturing the thesis juz like us... huahuahua... so funny... i almost laugh but then i tahan jew... u see... she learnt from US... hehe... so funny... then with proud she showed her WELL-DONE-JOB to her friends, then her friends followed the same procedures like US... huahuahua... the conclusion is, not everything bad is always bad... smtimes it will gives benefits... huahuahua...
yesterday i dunno y suddenly i cant use Internet xplorer although i already connected with IPBA cable... i felt so frustrated cuz i cant leave without internet... i thought i already deleted something related to my internet setting... i was about to ask my friend, Khirol to check on my laptop... then after i tried today, i can use it back... i'm so happy... (nothing to say rite now... no topic)

People changed
i juz finished viewing my school group (SMSL) in Friendster... what i saw is most of my friends, seniors and juniors have changed a lot... like during school years, they were thin like tiang but now they are... wow, i dunno how to describe it... some of them were not handsome at all, but now i wonder why didn't i know 'em before diz... there also some gurlz who before diz they were very alim... then after school, no tudung anymore (i hope i'll not be like 'em)... hmm... yeah, people changed... but one thing dat i like is some of them are married... wow, last time at school, they were timid, and coupled with their classmates... but now, they married to other men... hmm, i cant comment furthur bout diz marriage thingy cz it's too sensitive... (dah jodoh kot)... another thing that i realised is most of 'em are now persuing their studies abroad... wow, maybe i'll be one of 'em (hopefully, please pray for me)... whatever it is, i really wanna meet 'em one day... cause i really miss some of 'em... especially my batch and my dormmates... hehe...

i'm soooo sleepy rite now... act i'm now in block 6 common room, surfing tnet wif my friend, fatin... hoho... staying up until morning juz because wanna surf tnet... it's the craziest thing to do... hoho... well, because of block 5 common room cant be used (black out after thunderstorm)... so, both of us hanging around here... if Mr. Tahir knows, both of us will die... but i wonder y there is no warden to check??? usually ada... nvr mind... mayb they're afraid of us... huahuahua... i think tomorrow (starts 6am, both of us will sleep until afternoon)... another thing, we stay up because tomorrow is holiday... yeah!!! i luv holiday but i hate to replace my tutorial classes... hmm... nvr mind...

diz August i will turn 20... next year *insya-Allah*, i'll go abroad to furthur my studies... although i'm so excited to go abroad but i'hv many things to do... i need to do a lot of preparations (physical, mental, emotion) and diz really makes my head cracks *sigh*... i also need to improve my proficiency, loose my weight, score my exams, do my assignments and i really need to put my ass off for 'em... if not, i'll never be better forever... another thing, since the world moves fast, i'll be graduate next 3 years and i'll be a teacher *omg*... wow, diz really makes me die in the young age *lol*... so, the main thing dat i wanna stress here is...
